These terms govern your use of the TOT Atelier website and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About us

TOT Atelier Pvt. Ltd. is a womenswear label registered in India, operating from Cochin, Kerala. References to "TOT", "we", or "us" in these terms refer to TOT Atelier Pvt. Ltd.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. International customers may see prices converted to their local currency for reference; the charge is settled in INR. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, if a pricing error has occurred, or if a product is out of stock after your order is placed. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through our payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping and delivery

Domestic orders (India) are dispatched within 3–5 business days and typically arrive within 7–10 business days. International orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days; delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.

5. Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered garments in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email hello@totatelier.com with your order number. Sale items and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Care and sizing

Garment care instructions are sewn into each piece. We are not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions. Our size guide is provided as a reference; slight variations may exist between garments. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us before ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to TOT Atelier and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. User accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOT Atelier's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
